ORDERS
During the purchasing process, users must fully and unreservedly accept the general conditions of sale, which will in any case be included by means of a link in the purchase confirmation email, so that they can be archived by users for reproduction when necessary.
PRICE AND PAYMENT METHOD
The prices of our products are shown in euros, with taxes included (21% VAT).

Payment by credit/debit card used at REAL SPORTING DE GIJÓN SAD is made through the secure payment gateway of the financial institution with which we collaborate.

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY TIMES

The OFFICIAL ONLINE STORE OF REAL SPORTING DE GIJÓN SAD guarantees the dispatch within 48-72 business hours (*) of all products in stock and provided that orders are received at our offices before 1:00 p.m. from Monday to Friday. Orders received on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays will be considered received on the first business day after the order. Orders that involve product customization (such as the printing of shirts) will be subject to a maximum of 72 business hours of preparation.
During busy periods (e.g. Christmas, start of the Holiday Season) there may be an additional 2 business day delay in the process of packing and shipping your order.

PRE-SALE PRODUCTS
The estimated delivery time for pre-order items is approximately 12 days from the date of purchase. We are not responsible for any delivery time that is different, although the customer may cancel the purchase at any time, proceeding to cancel the order and refund the amount of the undelivered item.
-The items offered in "Pre-sale" are products that are not in stock at the time of purchase. Therefore, the order will be sent once it is available.
-In the event that another item is purchased in the same order, in addition to the pre-sale item, the shipment will be processed together.
PRODUCT AVAILABILITY
If there are any problems with the supply or if there are no products in stock, the customer will be informed immediately and the amount of the product or products out of stock will be refunded. The Store will refund the corresponding amount without undue delay and, in any case, before 14 calendar days have elapsed. The refund will be made by the same payment method used. The stock availability data in physical stores reflected on our website are indicative and may vary.
SHIPPING COSTS
Shipping costs vary depending on the place of delivery and the weight of the order. When you make your purchase, we will inform you of the cost before finalizing the order.
For shipments to islands and other countries: Customs or tariff fees will be charged once the package reaches its destination country. Additional customs taxes are the responsibility of the recipient. We have no control over these charges nor can we predict their amount. There is great variability in customs policies from country to country, so you should contact your corresponding customs office for more information.
RETURNS AND RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
- The product is defective or has been damaged during transport:
In the event that the product is defective, the buyer may return it with all its accessories, with REAL SPORTING DE GIJÓN SAD assuming the shipping costs generated by the delivery of the product and its return. REAL SPORTING DE GIJÓN SAD will proceed to resend the repaired or replaced product, completely free of charge.
REAL SPORTING DE GIJÓN SAD makes our transport company available to the buyer to collect the goods, free of charge. If the buyer wishes to return the goods with a transport company other than the one proposed by REAL SPORTING DE GIJÓN SAD , and the transport company selected by the buyer offers higher rates, the buyer will assume the difference in transport costs.
- Withdrawal:
The buyer may also exercise his right of withdrawal within a maximum period of fourteen (14) calendar days from receipt.
The refund of the purchase amount will be made once the condition of the merchandise has been verified and will be made through the same payment method used to pay for the order and, in any case, within a maximum of 14 calendar days from the reliable receipt of the withdrawal request, provided that REAL SPORTING DE GIJÓN SAD is the one who manages the collection of the item. In the event that the buyer returns the item through a transport company of their choice, the 14-day period established for the refund will begin to run from the time REAL SPORTING DE GIJÓN SAD has effective knowledge of the shipment of the merchandise or, failing that, from the receipt of the item.
The buyer will be responsible for any decrease in the value of the goods resulting from handling them other than what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics or functioning. In this regard, REAL SPORTING DE GIJÓN SAD will analyse the condition of the product for which the right of withdrawal has been exercised and, where appropriate, will reliably inform the buyer of the existence and amount of this depreciation in the price of the product, justifying it in all cases on objective and verifiable criteria.

This right of withdrawal will not apply to those products that, in accordance with the regulations on the matter, because they are personalized products are not subject to withdrawal (personalized t-shirts, for example).
In the event that the customer has returned a product based on an alleged defect or error in the merchandise, and it is ultimately determined that there is no such defect or error, the return costs will be borne by the customer.
WARRANTY
All our products are guaranteed against manufacturing defects for two years from the date of purchase. The warranty does not include defects caused by misuse or normal wear and tear.
Repair and replacement shall be free of charge for the consumer and user. Such free of charge shall include the necessary expenses incurred to remedy the lack of conformity of the products with the contract, especially shipping costs, as well as costs related to labor and materials.
Unless proven otherwise, products will be deemed to be in compliance with the purchase provided they meet all the requirements stated below:

- b) They are suitable for the uses to which products of the same type are normally intended.
- c) They present the usual quality and performance of a product of the same type that the consumer and user can reasonably expect, taking into account the nature of the product.
