Shipping
We ship to almost all countries. The contents of your order and your delivery address will determine the shipping service offered for your online order, and its cost.
Our shipments to the peninsula and the Balearic Islands are made through MRW
The service costs €7 and has a delivery period of 1 to 5 business days (M-F) from the moment it leaves the warehouse, but these delivery times depend on the time the order is placed and the location of your delivery address. Please make sure to provide a valid address where someone can receive your package. Courier companies make three attempts to deliver your package, and if they are unable to deliver it, they will return it to us, in which case we will have to charge you for shipping costs again.
We remind you that you must check the shipping address, as once the order has been placed, changing the shipping address incurs a re-shipment cost of €7.
Shipping costs vary depending on the number of products you purchase. If your order increases the shipping costs, we will contact you.
*During busy periods, there may be additional delays of 2 to 4 business days in the process of packaging and shipping your order.
Personalized t-shirts can take up to 3 days to process.
If your order is delayed or "on hold," it may be due to a stockout or because the selected item is awaiting replenishment. If this happens, we will contact you as soon as possible.
If you wish to change the shipping address once the order has been placed, we will have to re-ship it, which will incur the cost of a new shipment to be paid by the buyer.
Shipping costs will not be refunded.
Orders to the Canary Islands, Europe, and the rest of the world are sent via DHL.

Please remember: there are some countries to which we cannot ship orders - if your delivery country is not on the list of destinations, it means that we cannot ship to your country.
In the case of shipments to Ceuta, Melilla, the Canary Islands, and countries outside the European Union, customs or tariff amounts will be charged once the package arrives at its destination. Additional customs taxes are the responsibility of the recipient. We have no control over these charges, nor can we predict their amount. There is a great variability in customs policies between countries, for which you should contact your corresponding customs office for more information. Shipments to the Canary Islands will be subject to the payment of the Canary Islands General Indirect Tax (IGIC) and must be paid by the recipient.
