The content of your order and your delivery address will determine which shipping service will be offered for your online order, and what the cost will be.

The service has a delivery time of 1 to 5 business days from the time of departure from the warehouse, but these delivery times depend on the time at which the order is placed, and the location of your delivery address. To track your order once it has left our warehouse, you can consult:

Please make sure to enter a valid address where someone can pick up your package (home address, work address or a friend's address). Courier companies make three attempts to deliver your package and if they are unable to deliver it, they will return it to us and we will have to charge you for the shipping costs again.
Shipping costs vary depending on the number of products you purchase. If your order will increase shipping costs, we will contact you.
*During busy periods (e.g. Christmas) there may be an additional delay of 2-4 business days in the process of packing and shipping your order.
We make every effort to process and ship orders the same day they are placed, but this is not always possible. Please read the following points.
From time to time we require credit or debit cards to be subject to security checks to prevent fraudulent transactions on our website - this process may result in your order being held for 24 hours.
Printed or personalized t-shirts may take up to 3 days to process.
If there is high demand for a product there may be delays in processing orders while we await stock deliveries from our suppliers - in this case we will contact you to inform you and offer alternatives.
Please note: there are some countries we are unable to ship orders to - if your delivery country is not listed in the destination list, it means we are unable to ship to your country.
In the case of shipments to Ceuta, Melilla, the Canary Islands and countries outside the European Union, customs or tariff amounts will be charged once the package reaches its destination. Additional customs taxes are the responsibility of the recipient. We have no control over these charges nor can we predict their amount. There is great variability in customs policies between countries, so you should contact your corresponding customs office for more information. Shipments to the Canary Islands will be subject to the payment of the Canary Islands General Indirect Tax and must be paid by the recipient.
